We’re excited to announce our integration with Salesforce, the leading CRM solution. This integration will allow Attentive’s new and existing customers to seamlessly connect and share subscriber data from their SMS channel directly with Salesforce.

The first phase of this integration is with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, a product that enables Marketing and Sales teams to organize and leverage data to further personalize consumer interactions. Customers of both Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Attentive will now have access to an end-to-end marketing solution, leveraging Attentive’s best-in-class solutions to simultaneously grow their text message and email subscriber lists, plus with this integration, they can now access that subscriber information in their existing CRM for enhanced targeting and personalization.

Mutual customers like Stonewall Kitchen, a specialty foods retailer, use Attentive’s text message marketing solution in tandem with Salesforce to maximize revenue potential and more effectively engage with their customers.

Leveraging data insights across each of our customer engagement channels is crucial to our marketing strategy. Now we can continue to drive SMS list growth with Attentive and access that data directly in our Salesforce Marketing Cloud, helping us unify customer engagement touchpoints and gain more insight into our customers.”

– Ian Marquis, E-Commerce Manager at Stonewall Kitchen

Attentive is actively building future expansions to its Salesforce integration to further scale the orchestration of customer data and message sending across marketing channels.

Attentive’s partnership with Salesforce is a testament to the continued investment in our customers, and the broader marketing technology ecosystem. As we continue our rapid growth and work to accommodate the demands of the marketplace, having Salesforce as a close partner will allow further integration and innovation for our shared customers.”

– Allison Kelly, Head of Growth Strategy at Attentive.
