Current Carrier Delivery Fees
In addition to the fees for SMS and MMS Message Segments set forth in the Attentive Order Form, each Customer is also responsible for paying Attentive for all carrier delivery fees (“Carrier Delivery Fees”) associated with all message segments sent or received by the Customer. Carrier Delivery Fees may change at any time as dictated by the cellular carriers. Carrier Delivery Fees will be invoiced by Attentive to the Customer. Message segments exceeding 160 characters (or 70 characters for a Unicode-encoded Message Segment) will be sent as multiple message segments.
The charts below set forth an illustrative list of the most popular and frequently used carriers and are not intended to be an exhaustive and complete list of all carriers for each country.

Canada Carrier Delivery Fees (per Message Segment)

Canada Carrier Delivery Fees apply only to Canada Toll-Free message segments. Carrier Delivery Fees do not currently apply to Canada Short-Code message segments; however, Customer may in the future be responsible for paying Attentive for Carrier Delivery Fees for such message segments.
Countries with no current Carrier Delivery Fees
Carrier Delivery Fees do not apply for the list of countries below where Attentive provides Services. Customer may in the future be responsible for paying Attentive for Carrier Delivery Fees for such message segments sent or received by the Customer should carriers in any of the countries below begin to charge Carrier Delivery Fees. Carrier Delivery Fees, if applicable in the future, will be invoiced by Attentive to the Customer. Additionally, MMS is unavailable in the following countries.
