Attentive’s integration with Ometria lets brands bring AI-powered customer insights into their cross-channel marketing efforts. 

We’re excited to announce that our technology partner Ometria—a customer data and marketing platform that helps retailers send personalized marketing messages throughout the customer journey—has chosen Attentive as their preferred SMS partner.

This integration allows retailers to pass information collected through an Attentive sign-up unit to their Ometria account. Specifically, brands can use Ometria’s predictive insights and sophisticated segmentation to identify customer engagement opportunities, and use Attentive’s platform to engage customers with SMS messages. Retailers already leveraging this partnership include ba&sh, Krewe, and Olivela. 

By combining AI-powered insights with a retail-specific cross-channel marketing platform, Ometria upgrades a traditional email service provider with more personalization features. Retailers using Ometria and Attentive together can now send SMS as part of a wider cross-channel marketing strategy that combines email, website personalization, social, and more.
