Why DEIB is key
At Attentive, DEIB isn’t just a buzzword (even though, yes, I’ve already used it five times in this article)– it’s a summary of processes we implement to ensure we hire the best people, build amazing products, and provide top-tier service to the world’s leading brands. With over 8,000 customers spanning diverse industries and demographics, our team must draw from the talents of the customers and community we serve. Supporting our diverse customers
Many of the brands we support—such as Momofuku, Our Place, and Cécred—are founded by minority business owners and are deeply rooted in inclusivity. These companies have carved out space for customers who are often overlooked, and we take pride in helping them grow.
