Cost
  • How does Attentive’s pricing compare to Yotpo’s pricing? 

    Attentive’s marketing platform is competitively priced. Please use the form below to get started.

Migration
  • What kind of onboarding support will Attentive provide? 

    We’ll provide a number of resources throughout the migration period, including live webinars, ticketed support, and self-service tools for step-by-step guidance.

  • Will all my data transfer from Yotpo to Attentive’s platform? 

    Yes. During the initial migration, Attentive will handle import of your subscriber list, static segments, and historical engagement data from Yotpo. This includes email and SMS events such as sent, opened, clicked, and delivered.

    After the migration, the integration will continue syncing key data points from Yotpo to Attentive on an ongoing basis—specifically loyalty attributes and aggregated review statistics. This ensures your Attentive campaigns can stay personalized and relevant using your existing Yotpo data.

  • How long will migration take?

    On average, SMS program migration takes 1-2 weeks, and email program migration takes 8-10 weeks to complete. However, your individual set up and the complexity of your program will influence the overall migration timeline.

  • Can I talk to a real person if I have issues?

    Yes, you will have access to our support team via a ticketing system if you need help.

Features
  • Does Attentive offer the same features I had with Yotpo?

    We’ve formed a strategic partnership to build exclusive joint functionality that won’t be available with other providers. Our teams are actively collaborating on a shared product roadmap to bring even more value to our mutual customers.

    While most core functionality is already available, a few Yotpo-specific features will not be supported at launch. These include "Click to Redeem" loyalty campaigns, predictive loyalty audiences, segments, and content, conversational review collection, and the ability to display top product reviews with AI-generated summaries. Additionally, visual UGC display on product and cart pages will not be available.

  • Does Attentive integrate with Yotpo’s Loyalty and Review solutions?  

    Yes! Our Integration is in progress and the below features are expected to be complete by Sept 2:

    Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals [Built by Yotpo]

    This integration enables real-time sync between Yotpo’s loyalty data and Attentive, unlocking segmentation and personalized messaging based on loyalty status, points, and behaviors. 

    Core capabilities available immediately include syncing historical customer data for segmentation and personalization and updating customer profiles in real-time. 

    You’ll also be able to trigger SMS, email, and push notifications based on loyalty milestones and marketing, transactional, and referral events, and award points when customers opt into email and SMS lists.

    Yotpo Reviews & Visual UGC [Built by Attentive]

    Attentive will power messaging based on Yotpo Reviews data, helping you target subscribers based on sentiment and review activity, and to display social proof in campaigns.

    Core capabilities are available immediately across email, SMS, and push channels, allowing you to segment based on review sentiment, topics, average rating, and recency. 

    You can trigger messages based on review events such as when a review is submitted, and collect reviews using a Yotpo shareable link. For email specifically, you can display average star ratings and reviews in product blocks.

Your app key is sometimes referred to as your Store ID. To retrieve your app key: in Yotpo Email&SMS, click the Profile icon at the top right corner of the screen. Select Account Settings > General Settings. You’ll find your App Key at the bottom of the General Settings section.
