Family-owned and community-focused, fast casual restaurant chain Jason’s Deli has been serving guests since 1976 and now has 268 locations in 28 states. Jason’s Deli uses its text messaging channel in a variety of ways, such as sending campaign messages to subscribers about limited-time deals—like free delivery—and seasonal menu items.
