Attentive Email and SMS customers can now add even more sophisticated tracking to their links using four new variables: individual ID, message name, message type, and the subscriber’s email address. This update is especially helpful if you rely on platforms other than Google Analytics to track your email marketing attribution.

Simplify your reporting process with our new Custom Query Parameters. If you use reporting platforms like Adobe instead of Google Analytics, your freeform text, existing macros, and new macros queries will automatically be appended to your SMS and email links.
