I've spent a lot of time over the past year talking with founders and operators who are building in the DTC and Shopify space. The conversations that stick with me aren't the ones about feature requests or integration specs. They're the ones where someone shares what's actually working in their business (or admits what isn't) or pushes back on conventional wisdom because they've tested it and seen something different.
Those conversations are powerful. The truth is most operators don’t get enough opportunities to speak openly with peers who truly understand the stage they’re in.
That's why we're launching the Attentive Commerce Council. This isn’t a focus group or traditional customer advisory board. It’s a community of operators, founders, marketers, and e-commerce leaders who are building ambitious brands and want to learn alongside others doing the same thing.
It’s an opportunity to work side by side with the people building the brands consumers love, helping them scale efficiently and with confidence.
We're bringing together a curated group of growth-minded brand leaders who have something to say and are willing to share it.
In this group, members will:

We want to bring the right people together and create a space for meaningful dialogue. Yes, we get to learn from you. You’ll get early visibility into our product roadmap. You’ll get direct access to our leadership team. And we’ll create opportunities to amplify your voice through content, events, and thought leadership.
But ultimately, the point is building a trusted circle of operators who make each other better. We’ll listen closely. We’ll incorporate feedback. And we’ll continue to evolve our platform to support modern brands. But this council isn’t about extracting insights from you. It’s about strengthening the ecosystem.
