These include major innovations like AI Pro for email, our strategic Yotpo integration, and high-impact betas on AI Journeys, AI Grow, and push notifications that are reshaping how you engage with your customers across channels.
When iOS 26 introduced unknown senders filtering, we were ready with our patented two-tap™ opt-in solution, keeping your messages in the main inbox where your customers can see them.
2025 showed real strain in the messaging channel, and 2026 came in hot. You're navigating a complex landscape where visibility is under threat, compliance requirements are tightening with state-level regulations like Texas's "mini-TCPA," and your CMOs are demanding more personalization while you're being asked to do more with less.

Karine Terzibachi, Chief Business Officer at Attentive, walked us through Apple's iOS 26 inbox filtering challenge. Our research shows that more than half of iPhone holders have enabled this filtering, and messages landing in the unknown sender inbox see 30-40% lower conversion rates.
Attentive's patented two-tap™ opt-in solution guarantees delivery to the main inbox. We're now expanding this to desktop through an innovative QR code experience currently in closed beta, with early adopters like JD Sports seeing strong adoption rates.
We've also launched state-level compliance tools and enhanced preview capabilities to help you navigate the evolving regulatory landscape while maintaining sophisticated personalization.
Agentic marketing is here
Katie Barnett, Director, Product Management at Attentive, introduced the shift from static campaigns to autonomous agent orchestration. Your marketing can now continuously monitor multiple signals—purchase intent, site behavior, channel preference—and decide in real-time what's the next best action for every shopper.
Nearly half of our customer base is already powered by AI agents through AI Journeys and AI Grow, with agents handling everything from journey building to list growth optimization.
AI template generation
Our latest innovation, now in alpha, generates complete email templates in seconds. The system learns your brand's layouts, design patterns, and elements, then creates personalized templates with suggested copy matching your visual style and voice. This technology is transforming content creation efficiency while maintaining brand consistency.
Looking ahead, we're expanding agent capabilities across campaign building, landing pages, reporting, and more—moving marketing from activity-centric to shopper-centric.
Strategic integrations that matter
Summer emphasized that AI and agentic workflows require connected data. We're extending Attentive's mobile-first data across platforms through strategic partnerships, focusing on messaging excellence while partnering with best-in-class providers for complementary capabilities.
Yotpo partnership: Making loyalty mobile-first
Our strategic partnership with Yotpo brings loyalty directly into mobile messaging. With over 400 brands already implementing the integration, we're changing how loyalty programs work by making them visible and actionable within the channels customers already engage with daily.
Through this partnership, brands get exclusive features like Click to Redeem (automatic reward application at checkout) and Auto Loyalty Enrollment—capabilities available only through Attentive and Yotpo.
RCS: The next evolution in messaging
Rich Communication Services (RCS) represents a fundamental shift from static text to dynamic, app-like experiences. With verified branded conversations, rich interactive content, and native integration into our platform, RCS opens new possibilities for customer engagement.
Early adopters like FragranceNet.com have run over 30 RCS campaigns, consistently seeing lifts in engagement and conversion. Their key insight: be strategic about where RCS adds value, leveraging its visual and interactive capabilities for the right touch points.
With our category, fragrances in particular, customers can't smell or touch through the screen. Using rich imagery helps our customers make more confident decisions.

We're also expanding capabilities across push notifications, in-store connections, and enterprise integrations to create unified experiences wherever your customers engage.
We're rolling out Google Ads audience sync with up to 35% higher match rates than competitors, AI Grow 2.0 with full self-service control, and new predictive analytics including RFM segmentation and product/channel affinity modeling. Early adopter programs are open now.
We're making Attentive a unified platform across channels with richer integrations, deeper shopper profiles, enhanced orchestration, and improved reporting—all based on what you've told us matters most.
