Current Carrier Delivery Fees
In addition to the fees for SMS and MMS Message Segments set forth in the Attentive Order Form, Customer will be charged a carrier delivery fee for each message segment sent or received by Customer (each, a “Carrier Delivery Fee”). Carrier Delivery Fees will be invoiced by Attentive to Customer and are subject to change at any time. SMS messages exceeding 160 characters, or 70 characters for a message containing Unicode characters such as emojis or accented characters, will be sent as multiple message segments.
The tables below set forth the Carrier Delivery Fees for an illustrative list of the most popular and frequently used carriers and are not intended to be an exhaustive and complete list of all carriers for each country.

US RCS Carrier Delivery Fees
US RCS Text-Only (also known as in the US as RCS Rich) messages consist solely of text and do not contain media. They may also include suggested replies and certain suggested actions (open URL and Dial a Phone). US RCS Text-Only messages exceeding 160 characters will be sent as multiple US RCS Text-Only message segments.
US RCS Rich Media messages may include images, video, gifs, contact cards, other rich media, and all other suggested actions. US RCS Rich Media messages have a limit of 3,072 characters of text.
RCS is being released in beta programs by Attentive’s telecommunications partners and message definitions and segmentation are subject to change as this technology becomes more generally available to market.

Canada Carrier Delivery Fees
Canada Carrier Delivery Fees are charged by carriers in Canadian dollars. Attentive bills in USD using prevailing exchange rates. The rates below are set forth in USD. Canada Carrier Delivery Fees apply only to Canada Toll-Free message segments. Carrier delivery fees do not currently apply to Canada Short-Code message segments; however, Customer may in the future be responsible for paying Attentive for Carrier Delivery Fees for such message segments.

United Kingdom RCS
UK RCS Text-Only (also known in the UK as RCS Basic) messages consist solely of text and do not contain media, suggested actions, or replies. UK RCS Rich Media (also known in the UK as RCS Single) messages may include suggested replies, suggested actions, images, video, gifs, contact cards, and other rich media. UK RCS Text-Only messages exceeding 160 characters will be sent as one UK RCS Rich Media message segment. UK RCS Rich Media messages have a limit of 3,072 characters of text.

Countries with No Current Carrier Delivery Fees
Carrier Delivery Fees are currently included in the messaging rates for message segments sent or received by Customer in the countries below. Customer may in the future be responsible for paying Attentive for Carrier Delivery Fees in a below country should carriers in that country begin to charge additional fees. These Carrier Delivery Fees, if applicable in the future, will be invoiced by Attentive to the Customer.
