Our updated Home is designed to help better understand your program’s performance at a glance. When you log into your Attentive account, you’ll see that you can review your overall revenue performance, SMS subscriber growth and conversions, recent campaigns, and top-performing journeys.
The Home tab also features curated insights from our Client Strategy team, as well as helpful resources to help you learn best practices, new SMS and email strategies, and find inspiration and tips for creating revenue-driving campaigns and triggered flows—right where you work.
Plus, you can easily jump to the analytics dashboard to dive even deeper into your SMS and email marketing program performance.
Improved analytics and bespoke reports for your precise needs
Our Analytics dashboard got a refresh, too. We’ve pulled out key metrics—such as new SMS and email subscribers, unsubscribes, and revenue growth—so you can quickly understand trends and identify areas for improvement based on your goals.
We’ve also introduced new customizable reports that make it easy to drill down and review your email and SMS performance. Now, you can easily create, tailor, and save your reports as you need. To get started, choose the relevant timeframe for your report, metrics you’d like to include, and select your layout from flexible options for grouping and filtering data. You have the option to schedule your reports for automatic review (at the end of the month, quarter, or when you get asked about your SMS and email performance) or pull them when you need them.
